We endeavour to ship on the next business day from Ballarat, Victoria. If you have selected to transfer your order payment to our BSB and account number directly, your goods will not ship until your payment has cleared in our bank.
If your garment is ‘made to order’ or requires embroidery decoration, we may require extra days to prepare your order before despatch. Garments that are ‘made to order’ will be described as such when you order with an estimated wait time listed.

If your order exceeds 5kg, we may send your order via courier.
We can quote international shipping on a case by case basis. Please contact our office with the details of your international address and the garments you wish to order and we will email you with a quote.
As some countries may require customs clearance and duties to be paid we take no responsibility for any delays associated with this process or for payment of any duties, fees or taxes required in order to release goods. Please contact your local customs office for further information relating to your country before purchasing.
